Order Processing

Orders for in-stock products are typically processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Processing time refers to the time required to prepare and dispatch your order. It does not include shipping transit time.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times for orders shipped to the United States:

Order processing: 1-2 business days
Shipping transit: 7-14 business days
Total estimated delivery: 7–14 business days after ordering

These estimates apply to in-stock products. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the product, shipping destination, carrier, and fulfillment location.

Any product-specific shipping estimate shown on a product page takes precedence over the general estimates above.

Fulfillment and Shipping Origins

Arcade Ruler is an independent online retailer that works with third-party suppliers and fulfillment partners.

Products may ship directly from domestic or international fulfillment facilities, including facilities outside the United States.

Because we work with multiple suppliers, items from the same order may arrive in separate packages and on different dates.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated based on the items ordered and the delivery destination.

Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed. Most shipping costs are included in the product price.

Pre-Orders

Certain products may be offered for pre-order before they are available for immediate shipment.

Pre-order products will be identified on their product pages, along with the current expected shipping timeframe.

Pre-orders are not subject to our standard processing and delivery estimates until the product becomes available for dispatch.

If a significant delay affects your pre-order, we will contact you with updated information and available options, including cancellation and refund rights.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing available tracking information.

Please allow time for the carrier to activate and update tracking details after dispatch.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs procedures, import duties, or other applicable charges.

The customer is responsible for any import duties and fees applicable.

Applicable sales taxes and shipping charges collected by Arcade Ruler will be displayed at checkout.

Delays and Delivery Issues

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address.

If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible. We will attempt to update the address before dispatch, although changes cannot always be guaranteed.
