Orders begin processing shortly after they are placed. Because of this, cancellations or changes cannot be guaranteed once processing has started.

• Orders already in processing or shipped

• A description of the issue
• Clear photos or video

After review, we will provide, at our discretion:

• A replacement product
• A full refund
